Description
This homemade Carolina BBQ sauce will zest up any grilled or shredded meat. With the mustard notes, it has a rich flavor and a nice zing, but is not very spicy. You can adjust your heat level with cayenne or hot sauce. It is excellent on grilled or roasted pork or chicken, but would make an amazing sauce for a burger, roasted yams and potatoes or salmon!
