We Got You! Chef Kristen specializes in creating your event WITH you so you have it just the way you like it and get to enjoy the planning process, your special occasion and your guests.

Cold Lunch Package | Hot Lunch or Dinner Package | Farm-to-Table Dinner Package

Cold Lunch Package

This package is available for a minimum of $225 for a lunch service that will feed up to 10 people. Add-ons are available for additional entrees, side dishes and number of people. All food is prepared ahead of time and is cold to be reheated at home, if needed (think soup, pulled pork, or pot pies). This package is priced for pick-up at The Jefferson Farm Kitchen or can be delivered for an additional fee of $30-60. The base package includes:

  • 1 entree selection: Sandwich Special, Soup Special, Entree Style Salad, Pot Pie Menu
  • 2 side dishes: Side Salad Menu, Crudite and Dip Platter, Kraut and Pickle Menu
  • 1 dessert: Cookies, Brownies, Fruit Crisp
  • Compostable plates, napkins, forks, spoons and knives
  • Add-ons include Rise Up! Artisan Bread, non-alcoholic beverage service, additional side dishes, reusable containers and delivery

Hot Lunch or Dinner Package

The following menu is priced at $30 per person for 1 entree selection and 2 side dishes with a 24 person minimum. There are add-ons for additions including extra entree selection, artisan bread and dessert. This price and service includes:

  • Free delivery
  • Setting up a buffet lunch with our catering equipment and pick-up at the arranged time to remove all equipment within a 3 hour window of drop-off
  • Sturdy compostable paper plates, napkins and compostable utensils
  • Leftover containers are NOT included, but can be added for $30

Entree Selection – Choose 1. You can add a second entree for $8 per person. If you have a party of 40 or more you can order 2 entrees for no additional cost and get ½ and ½ (20 servings of each entree).

  • Braised Chicken Breasts in Tarragon Cream Sauce
  • Marinated Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Peach Salsa
  • Curried Stuffed Yams (Vegan or Ground Meat and vegetables in filling)
  • Nightshade Free Curried Chicken Salad served with Mixed Greens
  • Asian Noodle Salad with Julienned Vegetables and Peanut Sauce – Chicken and Tofu optional on the side (GF)
  • Seasonal Vegetable Lasagna – vegetarian or with ground turkey or beef
  • Vegetable Green Curry with Rice – Chicken and Tofu optional on the side
  • Turkey, Beef or Root Vegetable Shepherd’s Pie
  • Coq Au Vin (Chicken with Mushrooms, Carrots and Onion in Pan Sauce)

Sides and Veggies – Choose 2

  • Wild Rice and Roasted Vegetable Salad with Balsamic
  • Marinated Garbanzo Beans with Quick Pickled Cucumbers and Shallots
  • Sesame Roasted Butternut Squash and Kale Salad
  • Spinach and Frisee Salad with Shaved Fennel, Pickled Shallots and Citrus with Honey Lime Vinaigrette
  • Green Salad with Marinated Pears, Fennel, Pecans and Lemon Vinaigrette
  • Quinoa Roasted Summer Squash and Mint Salad

Add on Artisan Bread and Butter/ Olive Oil for $1.50 per person

Dessert Menu $4/person

Farm-To-Table Dinner Package

Expect the best seasonal produce, local breads, local wines, pastured meats, world class cheeses and the most excellent service and experience you could have putting on an event.

Each meal is tailored to make your special event all about you, showcasing premium local food and products in the peak of their season.

The base prices include:

  • Passed appetizers and self-serve platters for cocktail hour
  • A buffet style meal, including 1-2 entrees, 3 side dishes, artisan bread and any add-ons
  • Plated dessert served to each guest or on a dessert buffet
  • Basic service staff to conduct the meal, including head Chef, Sous Chef and 2-4 service staff (depending on your numbers)
  • All service equipment for above stated courses

Our basic service starts at $3000 and serves 50 people (or less).

For a guest count above 50 and below 70, add $50 per person (above 50).

For a guest count above 70 and below 90, add $45 per person (above 50).

For a guest count over 90, add $40 per person (above 50).

Service includes:

  • Catering staff and Chef for buffet style meal
  • All service equipment for buffet and appetizer service
  • All food cost, prior to add-ons
  • Excellent service to you and your guests, supporting you in fully enjoying hosting your event

Add-ons include:

  • Plated meal service with additional staffing
  • Non-alcoholic beverage services
  • Alcohol beverage services
  • Additional service staff
  • Premier Appetizer service
  • Full Rental Package (including all tables and chairs, plates and flatware, linens, glassware, etc.)
  • Local Flowers and arrangement
  • Set-up and take-down crew
